Shipping Information

Processing Time
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within one week. Every piece is printed and packaged with love, so shipping is not immediate. Thank you for your patience. Orders received over weekends or holidays will start being processed on the next working day

Packaging
All prints are carefully rolled or flat-packed with protective sleeves and cardboard tubes to prevent damage.

Shipping Updates
You will be notified via email when your item is dispatched and tracked parcels will include the tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship via Royal Mail:

  • Blotters and orders under £50: untracked.
  • All other orders: tracked, with tracking numbers sent via email.
  • International orders: tracked where required to comply with local regulations (for example, all orders to U.S. are sent tracked)

Please note: These are estimated aims, not guaranteed. Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, local postal handling, and seasonal peaks.

Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties in their country, including the EU. We cannot provide refunds for parcels returned or rejected due to unpaid customs fees.

Returns & Damages
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged due to our fault, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
